The congressman's DC office was surprised by an unexpected visit by David Newell, best known as Mr. McFeely from the world famous Mr. Roger's Neighborhood.
Newell is in Washington promoting a film about Pittsburgh as seen through the eyes of Pittsburgh native and Hollywood producer Carl Kurlander (St. Elmos Fire) entitled "My Tale of Two Cities."
